This plan (aimed at more experienced woodworkers) contains actual size drawings and is designed to be used conjunction with Medium (Plan 109) or Large (Plan 110) This closed mouth head design is inspired by Equestrian riders, who prefer a more subtle and natural appearance, often considered less ‘aggressive’ looking. For makers, it is an interesting variation on the traditional theme of the carved rocking horse.
