The carving tools have been selected as being the most useful for carving a rocking horse.

There is a wider range of sizes & sweeps than is usual in such sets, with a tool for each stage of the carving, from the smaller gouges used in carving the head detail to the large alongee for roughing-out the body. The six gouges are supplied in a very useful tool roll.
